James started his fitness journey at 16 years old when he began strength training to play football. Seeking to refine and innovate his own training methods, he pursued a degree in exercise science from Florida Atlantic University. James worked under head strength coach Steven Orris at Nova Southeastern University, where he was introduced to managing high-caliber athletes. James has also spent an extensive amount of time studying under physical therapists and athletic trainers. These experiences motivated James to put together programs not just for athletes on sports teams - but for everyone who enjoys working out. He understands no two people are the same, and therefore, each member should have a tailored fitness program created just for them. He has been able to change the lives of those ranging from youth to professional athletes, as well as members who’ve long been suffering from chronic health and pain issues.
