Junior Development 

Fit Speed Athletic Performance’s Junior programs brings the same methodology and intensity used with professional athletes to support and prepare young athletes.

This program also includes nutrition and regeneration techniques to improve performance and educate young athletes on how decisions off the field, between games, and at practices can improve their overall performance. Athletes work in small groups with trainers to ensure techniques are being done correctly and efficiently.

Junior Development Program Highlights

  • Athletes Ages 10-13
  • Training can range from 2 – 12 months
  • 2 Day per week program (75 – 90 min)
  • Biomechanical Assessment, nutritional profile, SPARQ sensory evaluation,  pre, middle and post, performance evaluations

Program Philosophy

Our junior development program sets the foundation for an athlete’s future. This program was developed based on the training principles we use to enhance our elite professional athletes. This program has an emphasis on developing an athletes Speed, Strength, Flexibility, Stamina and overall Explosiveness. By taking advantage of a high growth and development period of the child, we introduce more intense and rigorous training to catapult them to the next level.
